From the Exeter Journal, to the memory of M. William Bard,
late lieutenant in the light Infantry Company of the 35th
Regiment, who was killed at the attack upon the American
entrenchments near Boston.  Address'd to Edward Drewe, Esq;
his Captain, who received several wounds in the same
engagement.
  Why unlamented should the valiant bleed,
  Tho' not with wealth nor tinsell'd honours crown'd
